These Terms govern your access to and use of Signalium (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Dmitriy Semenkevich, a sole proprietorship registered in Georgia (taxpayer identification number 345760722). “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that business.
1. The service
Signalium monitors public online conversations and alerts you to those matching the signals you configure. Features and limits depend on your plan and may evolve over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to spam, harass, deceive, or violate the rules or terms of the platforms we monitor. You are responsible for how you engage in the conversations we surface. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or put it at risk.
4. Third-party content
Matched posts originate from third parties and remain the property of their authors and platforms. We display a snippet and a link to the original; we do not grant you rights to that content and you must respect each platform’s terms.
5. Plans, billing & trials
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance by invoice, monthly or annually. Trials are free, require no payment details and never convert automatically: at the end of a trial we send an invoice, and an account whose invoice goes unpaid moves to the Free plan. You can cancel anytime by not paying the next invoice or by emailing us; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Prices may change with notice.
Cancellations and refunds — including the 14-day money-back window on a first payment — are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
